Airwaves is an internet radio player that lets you discover new music. It sits in your Mac’s menu bar and names every song your stations play.

What it does

• Plays internet radio stations from the menu bar.
• Finds stations in the Radio Browser directory, or takes a stream address you paste in.
• Shows the song that’s playing, using the station’s own titles or Shazam when the station sends none.
• Keeps a searchable history of played songs, with favorites you can play in Apple Music.
• Records a broadcast to an audio file on your Mac.
• Syncs stations and history between your devices through iCloud, if you want it to.
